Global Partner Director - Microsoft As a Global Systems Integrator, CGI works extensively with many different technologies to deliver solutions to clients.
There are a number of these technology providers that CGI considers more strategic for a number of reasons such as the amount of services revenue generated from the provider and activity across multiple business units.
In order to elevate our relationship with these technology firms we have created a Global Partner program to effectively manage and grow our business with these firms.
CGI has identified 8 Global Strategic Partners, which are managed by the Global Partners and Alliances team.
The career opportunity is for a Global Partner Director to manage our Microsoft relationship.
Partner Managemento Elevate CGI's status with Partner Executives and Locally and Globallyo Develop Executive relationships and alignment between CGI executives and partner executiveso Manage and be the liaison for the CGI partner community o Steer monthly internal partner community calls (council)o Initiate and mange Partner QBR Executive reviews, dashboard, and action items follow-upo Development and continued evolution of Partner VIP Capabilities deck and nurturing of the Community CynerGI site with new reference cases, case studies, etc.
o Partner funding management (MDF) and investment fundso Training funds managemento Certification managemento Analysts Relations (Gartner MQ, Forester, Everest)o Global Partner Contract management (MSA, NDA, etc)Driving Pipeline and Revenue Growtho Initiate BU Partner GTM Plans/Campaignso Bid/VIP support with global capabilities collateral / RFP text and Referenceso Relationship management - CGI to Partner repo Partner and CGI sales awareness of capabilities & offeringso Partner Event Management (trade shows, client events)Joint Solution Developmento Identification of potential joint solution or add on to existing CGI solutiono Relationship management CGI/partner IP teamso Partner funding sourcingo Promote certification of CGI Solution by Partner (Partner ISV)The successful candidate will have the following:
o 5-10 years of in the technology industry in a Director or Senior role with Product Management, Systems Development or Partner Management responsibilitieso Ability to speak/present to mid-level to c-suite executiveso Technical knowledge of Microsoft applications portfolio and Cloud strategy (Azure and Office365)o 5+ years experience working directly with Microsoft sales and partner/alliance teamso Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders at Microsoft and internally o Experience in working with a global virtual team and ability to effectively bring together teams from multiple countrieso Commission based technical sales experience a definite asset o Has a sense of urgency to respond to requests from the different internal business unitso Excellent English written and oral communication skills to develop marketing content in Englisho Excellent command of Powerpoint to develop professional looking presentationso Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectiveso Self-starter mentality with the skill to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and demanding environment o The ability to convey perspectives with clarity in written and verbal communication o Proven ability to oversee all marketing related activities (sales tools, data sheets, flyers, PowerPoint)o European / North American travel - 4 trips a yearo Experience with large, complex organizations LI-AM1 At CGI, we're a team of builders.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
