Retail sales at Fair Oaks Mall- Store Leader and Team Member
American Kiosk Management is now hiring a part-time Team Member and full-time Store Leader for our Proactiv kiosk at Fair Oaks Mall.
Our kiosks sell Proactiv, Proactiv
and Sheer Cover Studio makeup. Proactiv Skin Care Solution is the number one selling acne skin treatment in America. Our products significantly change the lives of our guests and help them to feel better about themselves.

We are looking for individuals who are responsible, reliable, motivated, great communicators and have strong sales skills. We provide an excellent training program when you are hired and ongoing training to continually enrich your knowledge. This is a fun and well paid job in a great dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities include:
- Providing a guest consultation (asking open ended questions, describing and demonstrative products)
- High quality customer service
- Selling products
- Opening and closing the kiosk including counting/balancing the register and making bank deposits
- Maintain kiosk to corporate standards (clean, organized, well stocked, etc.)
- Follow policies and procedures including cash management, product inventory control, loss prevention, etc.
Store Leader Responsibilities also include:
- Hiring, training and scheduling staff
- Supervising a team of 3 to 5 employees to ensure they are successful in guest consultations, customer service, sales goals and following policies and procedures
- Managing the kiosk according to company standards including sales, profits, inventory, and loss prevention.
You must have a High School Diploma or GED, be at least 18 years of age, and be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Having previous work experience or having an interest in cosmetics, skin care or beauty is a plus. Store Leaders must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience preferably in retail.
