ServiceNow CMS & ServicePortal Developer Position Description CGI Federal is seeking a ServiceNow Portal and Software developer to support it efforts at DOI. Responsibilities will include requirements definition, requirements analysis, software configuration, design development, and system testing. Your future duties and responsibilities Perform ServiceNow development and support duties The developer configures portals in ServiceNow to meet the needs of the client including layout for quick and easy reference on their tickets, catalog, and knowledge articles. The Software Developer designs and develops or enhances software applications and systems which provide the required functionality for IT services and turns user expectations into product capabilities. Resolves complex hardware/software compatibility and interface (UX/UI) design considerations. Conducts investigations and tests of considerable complexity. Researches emerging technologies to determine impact on application execution. Provides input to staff involved in writing and updating technical documentation such as user manuals; system documentation; and training materials. Troubleshoots complex problems and provides customer support for application issues. Prepares reports on analyses; findings; and project progress. May serve as a technical team or task leader. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned. Required qualifications to be successful in this role Experience developing portals and software to support process flows, methods and procedures, functional requirement documentation. Experience with scripting & programming languages (JavaScript (preferred), Python Perl, Java UNIX shell scripts) and HTML, XML, XSL, XHTML, DHTML & CSS Experience with one or more of the following: ITSM Suite; ServiceNow Service Management product (preferred), BMC Remedy, IBM Maximo, or equivalent ITSM tool Data analytic and visualization tools like Tibco Spotfire, Cloudera, or similar Experience configuring software on a application development platform Must display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent open and proactive written communication skills with focus on grammatical and usability skills. Experience in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes Working with end user groups to evaluate and solve technical problems Demonstrated ability with Microsoft Office Tools such as Word, Excel, and SharePoint Ability to work in a fast paced environment, self-motivated, and willing to take on ownership and responsibility for assignments across multiple project teams Desired Skills &

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
