The Project Accounting Analyst will be responsible for:
Project Setup and Maintenance of Projects Module in Costpoint
Ensure Costpoint WBS is setup for accrurate revenue recognition, billings, customer reporting and internal management reporting
Update Costpoint for Funding, POP, Ceilings, Rates and other contractual changes
Reconcile Subcontractor hours and cost in SalientCRGT Deltek and Costpoint systems to Vendor Invoices
Support month-end closing activities including FFP straight-line revenue schedules and trouble-shooting revenue and AR issues
Trouble-shoot Deltek T&E issues as it relates to Project Setup and Workforces
Support Contract Close-out activities as needed
Support Ad-Hoc reporting requirements as needed
Mandatory Qualifications (Education, Certifications, Experience, Skills)
Bachelor's Degree
Government Contracting Experience
2
Years experience in finance or accounting for a Government contractor
Desired Qualifications (Education, Certifications, Experience, Skills)
Experience with Costpoint, Cognos and Deltek T&E preferred
Strong Excel skills
Able to prioritize and manage multiple internal customers efficently and professionally
Able to collaborate with team members
