This position supports the Defense Services business unit at SalientCRGT.

The vitality and magnitude of this mission is achieved by a diverse workforce performing analysis and reconciliation of financial information including bank accounts, financial statements, general ledgers, tax returns, and trend reports to identify and resolve discrepancies. Typical work duties include developing and maintaining financial reports, assisting with budget exercises, and tracking funding.
Mandatory Qualifications (Education, Certifications, Experience, Skills)
TS/SCI with successful polygraph to begin work
Bachelors Degree in Accounting
Special Certifications:
CPA.
(2) years of experience interpretting and applying principles set by the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Federal Accounting Standards Advisory Board (FASAB), and Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB).
(2) years of experience applying Federal appropriation law
(2) years of experience interpreting U.S. Government regulations, concepts, methods and standards impacting financial activities.
(2) years of experience applying quality assurance procedures to ensure data integrity and timeliness of the data.
(2) years of experience identifying problems and issues related to financial data.
Good interpersonal skills, demonstrated by developing working relationships and networks with division/component/field managers and employees, staff, and colleagues.
(2) years of experience anticipating and responding to customers' needs in a manner that generates customer satisfaction.
(2) years of experience responding to briefings on financial topics to a wide range of technical and non-technical customers, co-workers, and managers.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
