Senior Finance Administrators perform a full range of comprehensive financial administrative support. Duties may include supervision and/or team leadership of other contractor personnel, prioritizing, delegating, and monitoring contractor staff workloads, as well as serving as the lead focal point for financial administrative issues. This level also includes providing assistance in performing certifying officer responsibilities.
Mandatory Qualifications (Education, Certifications, Experience, Skills)
Active TS/SCI with successful polygraph to begin work
Three years progressively responsible experience performing financial records processing and financial records management work comparable to experience gained as a Finance Administrator - Full Performance or equivalent.
Associate's Degree in finance, business administration or a closely related field. Equivalent relevant experience may be substituted for the education requirement on a year for year basis.
(3) years of experience interpreting and applying Finance regulations, policies, and unique authorities.
(3) years of experience utilizing automated financial systems.
(3) years of experience applying quality assurance procedures to ensure the integrity of data recorded into the Financial System.
(3) years of experience interpreting and applying Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
(3) years of experience composing and delivering responses to employee questions in a clear and concise manner.
Strong customer service skills demonstrated by anticipating and responding to customer needs in a manner that provides added value and generates customer satisfaction
Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by developing relationships and networks with coworkers, customers, and colleagues inside and outside the IC.
(1) year of experience using financial systems as information management and decision support tools; ability to understand and utilize the data retrieved from the tools

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
