Project / Implementation Support: is responsible for the support to the Project manager and Implementation/ Transition. Landline and/or Wireless experience required. The Project Manager serves as the primary business contact for a client and is responsible for client satisfaction. The Project Support/ Implementation is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. Occasional travel may be required.
Configuring Client ITMS sites as needed (i.e. Equipment updates, Rate Plan updates, Cost Center updates, system user maintenance, etc.)
Assist the PM's with client communications, conflict resolution, and contract compliance on client deliverables.
Assist the PMs in reviewing client deliverables (i.e. SLA, KPI, Reports) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
Assist the PMs with client's database; ensuring accuracy and assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for client.
Work across the company departments to assist PM in providing strong team representation and set proper client expectations based on contract.
Understanding of company capabilities and service. Work directly with PM to effectively communicate all offerings to the client.
Ability to log into vendor/carrier portals to access invoices, customer service records, device reports.
Work with development creating new ITMS database requirements and/or reports.
Assist PM with on-boarding/off-boarding clients.
Assist establishing implementation project plans supporting client requirements.
Strong attention to detail with organizational skills to work multiple tasks at once.
Experience with wireless telecommunication products and services.
Professional demeanor as this is a customer-facing position.
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Good written and oral communication skills
Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
Good ability to work as part of a team
U.S. Citizen Capable of Obtaining a Secret Security Clearance MUST have excellent problem solving skills and the ability to multitask.
Accounting and budgeting experience a plus.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
